ART4HEALING
Certified in an established program called "Art4Healing", Crescent Moon Center's director will facilitate a theme-based two-hour art workshop using acrylics, watercolors, pastels and collage. It is a fast-paced painting project created around themes and questions within the themes, some allowing only 2 minutes to respond to. At the end of each exercise, participants are encouraged to share about their painting experience and the emotions involved. This is an educational exercise, and no prior art experience is necessary.
STUDIO ART
Center participants will have access to a well-equipped art studio which allows self-expression through art in an unstructured environment, selecting from a range of materials such as paint, clay, etc. An Artist in Residency will provide a peer mentorship to all particpants.

ARIANA STROZZI MAZZUCCHI
Facilitator
Ariana Strozzi Mazzucchi is a Master Somatic Coach, entrepreneur, zoologist, professional equestrian, artist, international speaker and the founder of Equine Guided Coaching. She has developed business leaders, coaches and healers since 1989 with her profound and deeply authentic approach to embodied leadership. She co-founded Strozzi Somatics in 1994.
Ariana powerfully integrates emotional intelligence, somatic awareness, the biology of leadership and “The Energy of Communication” into a profound and life changing method like no other. She founded Leadership & Horses™ and Equine Guided Education & Coaching in 1989 and is a pioneer in the field of horses as healers and teachers. She created over half a dozen leadership conferences in Somatic Coaching in the early 2000s and went on to create eight international Equine Guided Education conferences. Her SkyHorse EGE™ practitioners can be found around the world.
One of her major accomplishments is co-founding Strozzi Institute and the Strozzi Somantics Coach program. There she trained leaders, coaches and healers in the art of mind, body, and spirit balance. She brought her mastery in biology, business process, nature as teacher, emotional intelligence and somatics into a truly unique and profound, life changing platform.
She is adjunct faculty at Institute for Women’s Leadership and Generative Leadership and has been a guest lecturer at several Coach Training Programs, Institute of Noetic Science, Earthrise, New Era Trainings, Meridian University, Newfield Network, and more. Her corporate clients include Salesforce, Apple, HP, Kaiser, Wells Fargo, Visa, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Development, Facebook, Nike and more.
Ariana excels at thinking outside the box, challenging outdated paradigms, and creating new strategies to achieve amazing results. She looks forward to sharing her visionary skills and coaching excellence to help you make your vision a reality.
Ariana has written three books, “Horse Sense for the Leader Within,” "Equine Guided Education: Horses Healing Humans Healing Earth," and “Planning Your Business in the Horse as Healer Teacher Professions,” and a DVD,” Intuitive Horsemanship™” and has been published in the anthologies, “Being Human At Work”, “Horse Crazy,” as well as Somatics Magazine, NorthBay Business Journal, Press Democrat, Edible, Wall Street Journal, San Jose Mercury News, San Francisco Chronicle, Ride Magazine, Western Times, Strides and Raptor Release.
